Great location! We were so close to the event venue, local attractions, and dining spots - super convenient! 🌟

Good location for skating the river. Good restaurants in town.
Noise from the band in the restaurant kept me awake until 1 A.M. Also, our car was broken into and robbed (when parked in an adjoining parking lot, not the main hotel lot).

Huge and beautiful room with exceptionally comfortable beds, good offer. An electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels were convenient. Excellent and marvellous location near shopping centres & restaurants and domestic area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Parc Riverain.

The room recently got a nice upgrade with two spacious beds that I really appreciated.

Staff were very helpful in an emergency.
Security. My truck was stolen from the parking lot, despite security measures and parking it under a floodlight. I lost $100,000 worth of equipment and it has put me out of business for weeks.

The service by all staff was excellent. The room was clean and very nice and I liked that we looked out onto the river.
No complaints. If I had to say something I guess it would be that the bathroom could use some updating. But it was clean and the showerhead was just fine.

the staff was talking about hoping for a outdoor patio for the dining room overlooking the river . I absolutely agree, it would be beautiful. Diane

For the price the room, especially the bathroom, need renovation. No place to hang your wet towels, unglued wall paper, noisy air conditioner/heater and staled smell. There are no other choices as there is no other place around to stay at.

The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was polite. The hotel had a magnificent location not very far from Renaud Park.

The garden around the remains of Bathelemy's moulin and the boardwalk view of the falls and the river.
Arrangement of the breakfast buffet. It can be very slow if there are lots of people because the lineup for bacon and eggs blocks access to the other foods (cheese, etc)

We had an excellent room. Although the hotel was very busy on a Saturday night our room was quiet. In over 50 years of travelling it is the first time I have seen a hotel room with no carpeting in the room, just laminate flooring - what a positive difference that made! We would certainly stay here again.
For a hotel with 4 floors it was surprising that there was only one elevator, and only one luggage cart.
